SeatixOfficial operates as a premium resale marketplace for FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets. We connect buyers with verified ticket sellers and facilitate secure transactions for Category 1 premium seating across all host venues in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

• All tickets listed on our platform are sourced from verified resellers and may be priced above face value.
• We guarantee the authenticity of all tickets purchased through our platform.
• Our service is available to users aged 18 and older only.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts at our discretion.

When you place an order through SeatixOfficial, you are entering into a binding purchase agreement. Orders are subject to availability and final confirmation from our team.

• Order confirmation — You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Authenticity guarantee — All tickets are verified before delivery. If a ticket is found to be invalid, a full refund will be issued.
• Seat allocation — Specific seat numbers are provided upon full payment confirmation and subject to availability within the selected category.
• Ticket format — Tickets are delivered electronically (PDF/mobile) or as physical tickets depending on the event and venue requirements.
• Resale restriction — Tickets purchased through SeatixOfficial may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include all applicable service fees.

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
• SeatixOfficial does not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
• For certain matches, pricing may be listed as "Price on Request" (TBD). In such cases, our team will contact you with final pricing after submission of an inquiry.
• All prices are final at the time of checkout. Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Ticket delivery timelines vary depending on the proximity of the event date and the ticket format:

• Electronic tickets — Delivered to your registered email address within 7–14 days of order confirmation, or no later than 72 hours before the event.
• Physical tickets — Shipped via tracked courier to your provided address. International shipping timelines apply. SeatixOfficial is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
• Last-minute orders — For orders placed within 7 days of the event, only electronic delivery is available.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, no refund will be issued and redelivery may incur additional costs.

All sales are considered final. However, the following exceptions apply:

• Event cancellation — If a match is officially cancelled by FIFA and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
• Event postponement — If a match is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds are not available for postponed events.
• Invalid tickets — In the rare event that a ticket is found to be invalid at the venue, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
• Buyer change of mind — Cancellations due to personal reasons are not accepted once order confirmation has been issued.

Users of SeatixOfficial agree not to engage in the following:

• Creating fraudulent accounts or providing false identity information.
• Attempting to manipulate pricing or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Unauthorized scraping, copying, or redistribution of content from our website.
• Engaging in chargebacks without first contacting our support team.
• Purchasing tickets with the intent to resell without written authorization.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, and may be reported to appropriate legal authorities.

SeatixOfficial provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties, including payment processors, courier services, or event organizers.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

All content on the SeatixOfficial website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of SeatixOfficial and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use will be subject to legal action.

FIFA World Cup™ and related trademarks are the property of FIFA. SeatixOfficial uses such references solely for descriptive purposes and claims no association or endorsement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
